Refund policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of instant download templates are considered final.
Waiver of Cooling-Off Period: By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the digital files, you acknowledge that you waive any statutory "cooling-off" or cancellation period. Once the download link has been delivered as agreed, the purchase cost is non-refundable.
3. Delivery of Files
If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase:
- Check your Spam/Junk folder.
- If the link is missing, contact us at kategrono@gmail.com. Provide your order details, and we will email the files to you personally.
4. Error Corrections & Duplicate Orders
If an error occurs during checkout (e.g., you accidentally ordered two copies of the same template), the excess payment will be refunded upon request. Please email us with your order numbers to initiate the refund.
5. Customer Satisfaction
We take pride in the quality of our templates. If our digital products do not meet your expectations, or if you find the product description to be misleading, please contact kategrono@gmail.com. We review these requests on a case-by-case basis and will gladly issue a refund if your concern is found to be genuine.
6. Technical Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate software (such as a PDF reader) to open and print the files. The Craft Train Shop is not responsible for technical issues arising from incompatible software or hardware on the customer’s device.
